A decorative finish or resilient floor is only as good as the slab underneath. Ardex solves that problem with a product line built to flatten, repair and protect the concrete base before any topcoat goes down.
When a slab is out of plane, Ardex self-leveling underlayments (K-15, K-60) flow to a level surface without bridging low spots. When concrete is spalled or damaged, Ardex repair mortars rebuild the substrate to a sound, bondable condition. For resurfacing tired slabs, Ardex overlays (Feather Finish, SD-M, WJ-50) create a thin, seamless new surface without demolition.
