Diagnose the repair
We assess each repair, classify by type (crack, spall, vertical, deep, structural), and select the Ardex repair product matched to the situation rather than defaulting to one general-purpose mortar.
Prep substrate to spec
The repair area is prepped to the Ardex spec for that product, saw-cut to a clean edge where appropriate, contaminants removed, and the substrate exposed to clean concrete or aggregate.
Prime and place
The Ardex bonded primer is applied to the prepped substrate, the repair mortar is mixed to manufacturer ratios, and placed at the engineered thickness for the matched product.
Cure and finish
The repair cures per Ardex schedule, gets the finish to match the surrounding concrete (texture, gloss, color match where possible), and is handed off with the system documentation.
