Why Sloped Lots Need Proper Drainage
A valley lot with grade can be an advantage or a liability depending on how the concrete is sequenced. We measure the slope, set the base to shed water away from the house, and pour exposed aggregate driveways and stamped patios with falls that work with the terrain instead of fighting it.
