01 Acceptance of Terms
Las Vegas Concrete provides residential, commercial and industrial concrete services across Las Vegas and the surrounding area. These Terms of Service govern every estimate, contract and project we undertake.
By requesting an estimate, signing a written estimate, or authorizing work to begin, you agree to these terms. They apply alongside the specific scope, price and schedule set out in your written estimate.
02 Scope of Service
We perform concrete work including driveways, patios, garage and interior floors, foundations, sidewalks, steps, retaining walls, and commercial and industrial slabs and coatings. The exact scope of any project is defined by your signed written estimate, not by this page or any verbal discussion.
Work is scheduled subject to weather, ground conditions, material availability and crew availability. Concrete is weather-sensitive, and we may reschedule a pour to protect the long-term quality of the finished work.
- Service is limited to Las Vegas and the surrounding communities we confirm in writing.
- Any change to scope, finish or materials must be agreed in writing before it is carried out.
- Verbal requests on site do not change the signed scope until confirmed in a written change order.
03 Estimates & Pricing
Every project begins with a free site visit and a written, itemized estimate. The estimate reflects the scope, finish, thickness and access discussed at the time of the visit.
Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document. Significant changes in scope, site conditions, or material costs may require a revised estimate before work proceeds.
- We provide a written, itemized estimate before any work is scheduled.
- You approve the estimate in writing and we confirm a start window.
- A deposit may be required to secure materials and a place on the schedule.
- The balance is due on completion unless other terms are stated in writing on the estimate.
Payment methods accepted are stated on your estimate or invoice. Final price is the amount set out in the signed estimate and any approved written change orders.
04 Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship in writing. The specific warranty period and what it covers are stated on your estimate or contract.
Manufacturer-specific finishes such as coatings, sealers and repair products carry the product maker's system warranty when installed to specification. We pass along those terms as provided by the manufacturer.
05 Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area and for identifying the location of private utilities, irrigation lines, septic components and other buried services that are not covered by public utility locates.
Public utility locates are arranged before excavation where required by law. You are responsible for disclosing anything on the property that a standard locate would not reveal.
- Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture and obstructions before the crew arrives.
- Disclose private buried lines, including sprinkler, gas to detached structures, and low-voltage wiring.
- Keep children and pets away from the active work area and fresh concrete.
06 Liability, Cracking & Curing
Concrete is a natural material that expands, contracts and cures over time. Hairline cracking, minor colour variation, and efflorescence are normal characteristics of concrete and are not considered defects.
We control cracking with proper base preparation, correct thickness, an appropriate mix and control joints, but we cannot guarantee a slab will never crack. We are not liable for cracking, movement or surface scaling caused by soil conditions, drainage, freeze-thaw, de-icing chemicals, or loads beyond the design of the work.
07 Cancellation & Scheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Deposits may be applied to materials already ordered or scheduling already committed, as set out on your estimate.
We may reschedule a pour for weather or site conditions that would compromise quality. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Repeated access problems or unsafe site conditions that prevent work may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
08 Disputes & Claims
If you have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly at (613) 324-9141 so we can inspect it. Most issues are resolved quickly with a site visit.
Claims must be made within the warranty period stated on your contract and before any third party alters the work, so we have a fair opportunity to inspect and address the concern.
09 Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the information needed to provide estimates and complete projects, such as your name, contact details and project address. We do not sell your personal information.
We may use project photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you ask us in writing not to.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in effect on the date you sign your estimate.
Questions about these terms can be directed to Las Vegas Concrete at (613) 324-9141 or through our contact page.
