Ardex product warranty covers the product if installed to spec by a certified installer. Without certification, the warranty defaults to product-only, which means Ardex replaces the failed product but does not cover labor, removal, or consequential damage. With certification, the warranty extends to system-level coverage, which is what customers actually need when a waterproofing or overlay system fails.
