When water intrusion or structural concrete damage threatens a foundation or basement, Sika delivers the chemistry to seal and restore. Concrete fails when water finds a path. Sika waterproofing membranes (Sikalastic, Sikagard) block that path with elastomeric coatings that move with the slab instead of cracking off like rigid products do.
When a crack is already active and leaking, Sika crack injection (SikaFix HH, SikaFlex) fills from the inside, stopping the leak and stabilizing the substrate without excavation.

Prepare the surface

The full Sika system goes down in the published sequence, at the temperature and thickness the spec calls for, with the right chemistry for the environment and load.
Cure and hand off warranty
Each layer cures to the manufacturer schedule. The install is documented for the product warranty, and you receive the data sheets for future compatibility.
