Industrial & Commercial SikaFloor Systems in Las Vegas

When a facility floor must handle chemical spills, forklift traffic, ESD sensitivity, or food-processing compliance, the concrete slab alone is not enough. SikaFloor epoxy, urethane, and self-leveling systems are engineered for the specific demands of your operation. Las Vegas Concrete installs the full SikaFloor range, matching each system to the facility's actual use and delivering the precision that makes the system perform. Free written estimate on every project.

Product ecosystem

The SikaFloor Product Lineup

SikaFloor is not a single coating. It is a family of systems, each engineered for a different facility demand. SikaTop self-leveling products flatten uneven slabs before finish coatings go down. SikaFloor epoxy systems deliver chemical and abrasion resistance for manufacturing and warehouse floors. Urethane-based SikaFloor products handle food-processing compliance with integrated cove base. Specialty conductive and dissipative systems meet ESD requirements in electronics assembly and clean-room environments.

We assess the facility's actual conditions, traffic patterns, chemical exposure, and regulatory needs, then select the matched SikaFloor system from the Sika product range. Installation follows Sika specification for that system: substrate prep, primer, body coat, topcoat, and cure schedule. The system warranty depends on installer compliance, and we deliver to spec.

Integrate with Sika waterproofing for moisture control, Sika repair for substrate remediation, and our warehouse flooring and manufacturing floor services for the broader facility program.

Installation sequence

How SikaFloor Installation Unfolds in Las Vegas

  1. Assess facility use and conditions

We evaluate the facility's operational demands: production processes, traffic type and volume, chemical or thermal exposure, regulatory compliance (food-grade, ESD, anti-slip), and the existing slab condition.

  2. Select the matched SikaFloor system

Based on the assessment, we specify the SikaFloor system from the Sika range that meets those demands. The system choice determines the prep profile, primer, body coat, topcoat, and cure schedule.

  3. Prepare the slab to Sika spec

The concrete slab is diamond-ground to the required profile, contaminants and old coatings removed, cracks repaired with Sika-compatible materials, and the surface primed with the matched Sika primer per specification.

  4. Apply SikaFloor system in layers

The body coat is applied at engineered thickness, aggregate broadcast where slip resistance is required, and the topcoat applied and cured per Sika spec. Each layer is documented with batch records and cure times.

System selection

Why System Selection Determines Floor Performance

A SikaFloor system rated for chemical resistance but not forklift loads will fail under wheel traffic. A system engineered for heavy traffic but lacking chemical durability will degrade under spills. The system must match the facility's actual use, and that match is what separates a floor that performs from one that fails early.

We specify the SikaFloor system based on the facility's operational profile, not on cost or generic assumptions. That discipline is what makes the system perform. Coordinate with our broader cold-storage flooring, food-processing floor, and manufacturing facility services for multi-zone facility programs.

Common questions

SikaFloor Questions, Answered

System choice, ESD, chemical resistance, warranty and facility match.

Based on the use, traffic, chemical exposure, and any specialty requirements (ESD, food-grade, anti-slip). We confirm the actual conditions during the assessment and recommend the matched system from the Sika range.
Yes, with the conductive/dissipative SikaFloor systems engineered for ESD-sensitive electronics manufacturing and clean rooms. The resistance range is verified after install.
Yes, Sika has urethane cement systems with cove base integration for USDA/CFIA-compliant food processing floors. Cross-reference with our food-grade compliant flooring service.
Yes when installed by a Sika-system installer to Sika spec. System warranty extends beyond product to install integrity, which is what commercial customers actually need.
Per zone, typically a week including cure before service. Larger facility-wide projects stretch with phased install. Schedule is in the quote.
