Reflective Polished Concrete Floors for Las Vegas Homes
Transform your interior with a polished concrete floor that reflects light, resists wear, and needs only a damp mop to maintain. We grind your existing slab to a hard, densified finish in satin or high-gloss. No coating to peel. No surface to replace. Just concrete that lasts.

Why Polished Concrete Beats Coatings
A polished concrete floor is not a layer applied on top. It is your slab, ground progressively finer and chemically hardened into a finished surface. Nothing peels, scratches through, or needs reapplication.
We use diamond tooling to grind through multiple passes, each finer than the last. A chemical densifier locks the surface into a tight, low-porosity matrix. Then we polish to your chosen gloss: soft satin around 400 grit, or full mirror-gloss at 3000 grit and higher.
Maintenance is straightforward: damp-mop once a week. No carpet to replace, no grout lines to scrub, no recoating cycles. The same rigorous approach applies to our stained concrete and epoxy garage floor systems. We also offer self-leveling underlayment when the slab needs prep work first.
The process
How We Grind and Polish Your Concrete Floor
-
Assess slab readiness
We measure moisture levels, check for cracks or cold joints, and strip any old coatings. If the slab has surface damage, we recommend a micro-topping overlay to create a clean base for polishing.
-
Grind and densify
Diamond tooling removes surface imperfections and opens the concrete matrix. We apply a chemical densifier that hardens the slab from the surface inward, creating a tight, durable finish.
-
Polish to gloss level
We continue grinding through progressively finer grits until we reach your chosen finish: satin for a soft look, semi-gloss for balance, or high-gloss for maximum reflection. Stain protection is applied as part of the system.
-
Cure and handoff
The densifier and sealer cure on schedule. We buff the floor for final clarity and walk you through the damp-mop maintenance routine that keeps your polished concrete looking fresh for decades.
Your options
Polished vs Epoxy, Stain, Micro-Topping
Polished concrete and epoxy coatings are the two main interior floor choices. Polished is the slab itself, permanent and coating-free. Epoxy is a seamless coating that offers more colour and pattern variety but eventually needs recoating.
Stained concrete works colour into the slab and pairs well with a polished or sealed finish for depth. Micro-topping is a thin overlay that turns a damaged slab into a polish-ready surface. Heated floor underlayment adds warmth before any finish is applied.

Polished Concrete Floor Questions, Answered
Gloss levels, slab conditions, density and maintenance for polished floors in Las Vegas.
Polished the whole main floor after the kitchen reno. The reflectivity makes the whole room look bigger and the maintenance is just a damp mop once a week.
Picked a satin gloss level instead of full high-gloss for the basement. Soft underfoot look, hard as can be, and the kids' toys roll cleanly across it.
They tested the slab first and recommended a micro-topping before polishing because of some surface cracks. Saved us from a polish-over-cracks disaster, exactly the right call.
Stain protector is doing its job. We have spilled coffee and red wine and both wiped up clean. Maintenance is way less than the hardwood we replaced.
