ISO Clean Room Flooring in Las Vegas
Particle control starts at the floor. A standard concrete slab sheds microscopic debris under foot traffic and equipment movement, contaminating the air stream and pushing your ISO class out of spec. We install seamless epoxy and urethane systems engineered to hold particles in place, eliminate off-gas chemistry, and integrate grounding where ESD dissipation is required. Free written estimate on every project.
- Seamless, particle-verified install
- Low off-gas chemistry for sensitive processes
- ESD grounding integrated where needed
The particle problem
Why Seamless Flooring Matters in Clean Rooms
ISO clean room ratings depend on particle count per cubic meter of air. Every surface in the room contributes to that count. A porous or textured concrete floor continuously releases particles under traffic, equipment wheels, and air circulation. A sealed seamless floor system holds those particles in place and keeps the room within its particle budget.
We specify and install smooth epoxy or urethane systems matched to your ISO class requirement, with chemistry verified for low off-gas at operating temperature. The slab is prepped to the system's profile, cracks are sealed with compatible materials, and the finish is applied without seams or transitions across the room footprint. Grounding is integrated where ESD control is part of your process specification.
Our approach aligns with the broader EV battery flooring work across your facility and connects to ESD-controlled manufacturing floors in adjacent non-clean zones. Transitions between clean and non-clean areas are detailed to maintain the floor's integrity at the boundary.

How Clean Room Flooring Gets Installed
-
Determine ISO class and material spec
We identify the target ISO class, the particle budget the floor contributes to, any ESD or grounding requirements, and the material chemistry that meets your process off-gas limits.
-
Prepare slab in controlled conditions
The concrete slab is prepped using HEPA-filtered or contained methods to avoid contaminating adjacent spaces, ground to the system profile, and any cracks filled with clean-room-compatible repair materials.
-
Apply seamless epoxy or urethane
The smooth seamless system is applied across the room footprint without seams, with the topcoat matched to the particle-shed and off-gas specs your process requires.
-
Test, verify, and document
After cure, particle count verification confirms the floor meets the budget, ESD testing (where required) confirms resistance range, and certification documentation supports your clean room commissioning file.
Critical detail
How Floor Transitions Determine Success
A perfect seamless floor across the room can fail at the transitions. The wall-floor junction, the doorway to a non-clean space, the pipe or cable penetrations, the equipment pad edges. These are where particles escape and where the room's ISO rating breaks. We detail every transition with seamless cove base, sealed penetrations, and integrated door frames so the floor's clean integrity extends to the room boundary.
Coordinate with EV battery facility services and with chemical-resistant flooring in adjacent production zones that share the same slab.

Common questions
Clean Room Floor Questions, Answered
ISO class, particle budget, off-gas chemistry and transition details.
ISO-class verified at commissioning with our floor as part of the particle budget. Hit class, room ran first try. The seamless transition detail at the door made the difference.
Off-gas verification on the floor chemistry for our sensitive process. No detectable contamination at the production analytical limit. Spec matched the process requirement exactly.
Multiple clean rooms across our facility, each at different ISO classes. They specced per room rather than one system everywhere; class targets hit in every room first commissioning.
Documentation package supported the validation file. Material specs, install method, particle verification all included. Auditor signed off without revisions.
