EV Battery & Technology Facility Floors in Las Vegas

EV battery and technology manufacturing demands controlled-environment floors, dead flat, dust-free, electrically grounded, and chemical-resistant where the chemistry is aggressive. Las Vegas Concrete installs clean-room concrete floors and ESD-rated systems built to those tolerances, with the prep and detailing that actually delivers a controlled environment. Every project starts with a free written estimate.

  • Clean-room and ESD systems built right
  • Flat, grounded, chemical-resistant
  • Phased around controlled environments

A controlled environment

Why EV and Tech Facility Floors Demand Tolerances

Building EV batteries, semiconductors or high-tech products is unforgiving work, and the floor is part of why. A static discharge from the floor can damage cells; particulate from a poorly sealed slab can contaminate a clean room; lippage in a slab will shift a robotic AGV off its line.

EV battery manufacturing flooring handles the chemical and ESD side, a grounded, chemical-resistant system that protects both the product and the process from the floor it sits on.

Clean room concrete floors push the other tolerances, particulate control, flatness, and a seamless coved surface that a clean-room protocol can actually maintain. Both lean on the same disciplined prep behind our manufacturing and industrial concrete work.

How it works

How We Install Controlled-Environment Concrete in Las Vegas

  1. Define the cleanliness spec

We confirm the clean-room or ESD classification, the chemistry the floor has to resist, the flatness and AGV-pathing requirements, and the cleaning protocol.

  2. Grind to a clean profile

We mechanically grind or shot-blast the slab to a clean profile, test moisture, repair what needs it, and pour leveling where the floor is out of tolerance.

  3. Install the controlled-environment system

We install the matched ESD or clean-room floor system to manufacturer spec, including grounding straps and the coved or seamless detailing the protocol requires.

  4. Cure and certify the room

The system cures fully, ESD performance is tested where applicable, and the floor is handed back ready for certification and your process to start.

Where it really earns its keep

Clean Room and ESD Floors in Practice

A controlled-environment floor only works if it is built and detailed right. A clean room concrete floor needs flatness, coved walls and a seamless finish so a clean-room protocol can be enforced, not just claimed.

EV battery manufacturing flooring needs ESD bonding tied to a real ground and tested, not just an ESD-labelled topcoat. Both leave room for shortcuts, and a shortcut shows up in your product, your audit or your downtime. We build them to be repeatable, not just pretty on the day, the same engineering discipline behind our ESD manufacturing floors.

Common questions

EV Battery & Tech Floor Questions, Answered

Clean rooms, ESD, chemical resistance and controlled environments in Las Vegas.

ESD flooring is a grounded, anti-static floor system that dissipates static. EV battery and electronics production need it because a static discharge from a normal floor can damage cells, components or trigger an event.
Yes. Clean room concrete floors are flat, seamless and coved, with the chemistry, particulate control and detailing the protocol requires, installed so the room can actually be certified.
It has to do three things at once, ground the floor electrically, resist the production chemistry, and hold a flatness tolerance so AGVs and robotics run true. A standard industrial floor does not deliver any of those by default.
Yes, where the spec requires it. The grounding is tied to a real ground and tested for the resistance and decay-time numbers in the spec, not just installed and assumed.
Yes. We phase the work around the production schedule, isolate the area, grind back to a clean profile and install the system zone by zone, so the operation keeps moving while the floor gets built right.

★★★★★

ESD floor system through the assembly cells, grounded and tested. We have not had a static event in a year and our particulate counts are inside spec every audit.

Battery production lead
★★★★★

Coved, seamless and dead flat. The clean-room protocol actually works because the floor was built to be cleaned, not just labelled clean-room.

B. A.
Clean-room operations
★★★★★

Phased it cell by cell so production never stopped. The new floor is flat enough that our AGVs run a measurable amount faster and quieter.

Technology facility manager
★★★★★

They asked the right questions about chemistry, flatness and grounding before they quoted. That alone separated them from the contractors who just sell coating.
