Fixing Warehouse Floors in Las Vegas
Forklift traffic, point loads, and freeze-thaw cycles break warehouse slabs in predictable ways. We identify the failure mode, apply the right repair method, and keep operations running. No guesswork, no repeat failures.

Diagnosis-driven repair
Why Warehouse Floors Fail and How We Fix Them
A warehouse floor doesn't fail all at once. It fails in zones. Wheel paths develop cracks from repeated traffic over undersized slabs. Joint edges spall when wheels roll over gaps or weak filler. Isolated sections collapse under point loads that exceed the original design. Each failure type has a root cause and a matched repair.
Our process starts with a floor walk. We mark every crack, spall, and soft spot, classify the failure by type and severity, and trace it back to the cause. Then we specify the repair: flexible epoxy injection for movement cracks, bonded patching for surface spalls, sectional cut-and-replace for through-cracks or failed zones, and joint reinforcement to prevent the failure from returning. The result is a working slab, not a temporary patch.
This same diagnostic approach runs through all our manufacturing concrete work and our cold storage services. When the floor is too far gone for repair, we recommend full replacement with the right epoxy warehouse coating or forklift-rated system and explain the cost math.
The repair sequence
How Warehouse Floor Repair Gets Done in Las Vegas
-
Assess every zone with your team
We walk the floor with operations, document each failure, identify the cause (traffic pattern, point load, joint failure, base issue), and sort repairs by method and timeline.
-
Saw-cut and remove failed concrete
Failed sections are cut cleanly with concrete saws, debris removed without damaging adjacent sound slab, substrate inspected for base or reinforcement issues, and corrected before repair material is placed.
-
Bond new material to old
The repair material matched to the failure type is placed with epoxy primer, finished to match the surrounding floor's elevation and texture, and cured to full strength before the zone reopens to traffic.
-
Fill joints to prevent return
All control joints in or near the repair are filled or refilled with semi-rigid joint filler so the failure pattern does not repeat at the joint edge. The zone returns to service on the cure schedule.
When repair is not the answer
Knowing When Warehouse Replacement Makes Sense
Repair works when failures are localized and the underlying slab and base are sound. It fails when the original slab was poured too thin for the actual use, when the base has failed across multiple zones, or when you are spending more on repairs than a new floor would cost. We will tell you which situation you are in.
On every warehouse assessment we evaluate whether repair or replacement is the better long-term choice. If the floor is a money pit, the quote recommends replacement with the cost comparison so the decision is clear. This same honest assessment applies to our manufacturing floor work and our heavy equipment services. We also coordinate with concrete pumping and ready mix suppliers for full-replacement projects.

Warehouse Floor Repair Questions, Answered
Crack repair, spall patching, sectional replacement and when the floor is past repair.
Three high-traffic zones had failed at the joints. They patched the spalls properly with bonded material, refilled every joint, no return failures in two years. Right fix, not just band-aid.
They were honest that one zone of our warehouse had a base failure and needed full sectional replacement, not just patches. Did the replacement, kept the rest of the floor in service. Trust earned.
Phased repair across six weekends so the warehouse never stopped operating. Each zone returned to service on the cure schedule. Real coordination.
Crack injection on movement cracks instead of just filling the surface. The cracks have stayed sealed through forklift traffic. Method-matched repair is the difference.
